Pros

I enjoy the people that I work with and the work-life balance has been very good the past few years. This may change coming up with return to office. Salary and benefits are just okay, in line with most large corporate positions.

Cons

Compensation compression is killing the internal employees who have been with the company long-term as wages are way behind inflation, especially in the last few years. "Return to Work" (back in the office) has really hurt morale, especially for teams like mine that are spaced across different locations. Employees are upset that they will have to spend time and money to go into the office to basically log in to WebEx and have virtual meetings. High performers are looking to leave as this is seen as a pay cut.

Pros

Hybrid work from home 2-3 days a week. Salary and benefits are highly competitive

Cons

Busy seasons are long hours PTO is plentiful but in sales it’s hard to truly separate and take time off fully unplugged
