The pay is not that good in today's market

Imagine men you've gone on first dates with but never spoke to again because they didn't know how to communicate. This team was sexist, negative and would imply every chance they could that I was not intelligent even after I asked them to stop that behavior. I do not recommend this company. They are trying to monopolize the healthcare market, but I never heard them say once that they cared about patients. They quite frankly only cared about how many people they insured, so they could do calculations. Their processes weren't written down. There aren't any training guides, and team members hadn't heard of basic analytical tools such as SQL queries. It is a lot of manual work.
