      Virtual work. The only pro

      Cons

      Incompetent "leadership" Setting employees up to fail by constantly making job more difficult. As much time spent on tracking and helping to company to spy on every move using AI as spent doing actual job. Tyrannical managers. Toxic work environment. Fake empathy. The response to every concern is "We can't do anything about it." The response to any improvement solutions is "sit down and shut up." Salaries in line with fast food workers. Barely above minimum wage. Medical plan is terrible.
