Pros

Remote work for some roles and flexible work schedules. Team/organizational culture is genuinely fantastic amidst the chaos.

Cons

Stability questionable depending on sector. Leadership fighting for antiquated and overpriced solutions to solidify their position(s) and justify unreasonable requirements without providing any value. No clear requirements. Portion of the company being sold off in a divestiture in order for Cigna merge with another company w/o technically becoming a monopoly. Contractors will be first cuts post-divestiture, so beware. Shareholder profit over employees. Mandatory RTO for certain roles. Zero transparency, constant re-orgs, favoritism in middle management
