I work with a great team of people

Cons

The company is forcing people into offices including those who worked from home prior to the pandemic. They are requiring 3 days per week in an office for anyone in a 50 mile radius and believe that is a reasonable commute. It is hard to trust a company who talks about work/life balance and vitality when they are negatively impacting those very things for their employees.

Good people aside from management. Things were good until 2023.

Cons

Then the lies started. Lies about job advancement. Now lies about remote work. Work environment has become toxic and no work life balance. Management has revoked remote work for all employees. And has lied to some of the new hires. I see job postings where they’re still advertising as remote. They really threw their integrity in the trash to prop up their commercial real estate.

Had been a great place to work the past several years.

Cons

Bait & Switch. Company may hire you on the premise of remote work only to change that status at a future date. There is a general lack of caring for employee preference and welfare by the executive leadership. Feels like we're moving backwards as a company.
