Pros

You get weekends off in exchange for pay that is below the industry average.

Cons

Major gender pay gap issues. Women are given raises of 0% to 3% , men are given raises of 3% to 6%. Management is poorly trained. Cigna outsources provider data to unsecured locations like India in order to save money while cutting their American workforce. Advancement opportunities are rare.

Pros

Coworkers were great, made great relationships.

Cons

This department was the worst department I’ve ever worked. This department will over work you without any rewards or compensation. If you go above and beyond don’t expect to be rewarded. Boss did not set expectations for the job. Would never go back in the future at Cigna.

Pros

PTO and pay were great. Benefits were ok, they started from day 1, but weren’t the best. They had incentive programs to make health insurance more affordable.

Cons

Work life balance, STRESS, Management played favorites, which caused a lot of unnecessary competition. Not a lot of OT was allowed.
