      None anymore. This company has lost its way.

      Cons

      Horrible culture. Workaholics. Went back to office with zero incentive. The men look down on women/mothers. No flexibility. Must use pto to do anything, even leaving early for appointments & other obligations outside work. Underpaid. Treated like a number. Destroying employees mental health.

      I enjoyed working for this company however the recent news was very disappointing.

      Cons

      Very disappointed in the return to office mandate we received that will start in January. The hybrid schedule was something most employees valued that contributed to our work life balance and that will be significantly reduced and impact working parents the most.

      Work from home Company car

      Cons

      You're expected to have the knowledge of a contractor, a lawyer, an auto body repairman, and a nurse all at the same time, and be prepared to work 60+ hours a week. Company has no concern for associate mental health. Your home will be a place for stress instead of a place for rest.
