Way too much work, no training, micro managed, too many layers of management, lower pay for industry, almost no promotions, if working in the field no opportunity As a multi line claims adjuster you are expected to handle all aspects of all claims including field work with little training. This includes writing property and auto estimates. There is no positive feed back- mangage with fear tactics. Can’t count the number of times we were told “if you don’t like it, leave, go work in a cubicle”
