      Pros

      Leadership puts residents and staff safety at the heart of decisions. Demanding day-to-day because it’s a fast-paced environment with high standards but definitely manageable. Staff are recognized for jobs well done but are also pushed to innovate.

      Pros

      This place is the best place I've ever worked. From the extensive new hire orientation to the department orientation, the process is very thorough. We are like family-great people to work with. Most people are always found smiling which is a good sign. No place is 100% perfect but if I had to choose a workplace all over again, it would still be The Clare.

      Cons

      My commute but I make it work for me.
