      I am so fortunate to work at The Clare!

      Pros

      I have been fortunate enough to have worked at The Clare for over 11 years. Our 5-star community is not only 5-star for the residents but also for our staff. Every day our team works together to create a unique experience for our residents. I feel heard and seen by our Executive Director and team. My co-workers take an extra moment to ask about my life and to get to know me as a person. The benefits are really good, from great health insurance, free delicious employee meals, quick building PTO, and celebrations of our success/department appreciation to name a few. The majority of our orientations and trainings are in person. This allows our team to learn not only from the training but from each other. I am honored to work with this professional, kind, and hard-working team. Oh, and we have a lot of fun too!

      I don't really have an cons. I feel fortunate to work at The Clare with my amazing co-workers.
