Unified culture is pervasive throughout company, driving accountability and results.

Cons

Really, none. The corporate Home Office in Gainesville, FL limits career opportunities if looking outside TCC.

Pros

They provide a lot of career growth opportunities, really good benefits, fun collaboration amongst communities, leadership has always been respectful and helpful, the people are awesome!

Cons

Depending on the season, it can get demanding.

Pros

Working at The Collier Company was a great experience because it allowed me to be creative while connecting with the community. I enjoyed coordinating housing fairs and events, creating promotional materials, and collaborating with leadership to bring ideas to life. The variety of responsibilities helped me strengthen my communication, organization, and multitasking skills, and I really liked being part of a team that valued engagement and professionalism.

Cons

One challenge I experienced was that the role was very broad, so while I learned a lot and enjoyed the fast-paced environment, I sometimes wanted more structured administrative responsibilities. It helped me realize that I thrive in roles where I can apply my organization and communication skills in a more focused, office-based setting.
