Pros

- Reward and recognition built into the company culture. - Surrounded by other high performers on a daily basis. - Job security in company longevity. - Charitable initiatives that actually focus on changing and improving the lives of others.

Cons

Being consistently pushed by those around you is not for everyone. You’ll have to manage your own work life balance in order to feel successful outside of work as well.

Thank you for highlighting the rewarding culture, strong team environment, and how we give back. It’s true—being surrounded by high performers and consistently pushed to excel isn’t for everyone, but it’s also what drives success here. Your advice about prioritizing internal growth and retention is valuable and aligns with long-term success. Appreciate your thoughtful feedback!

Pros

-TCG is largely focused on culture, reward and recognition, and the execution of systems and policies to keep things organized and measurable. -I’ve enjoyed every team that I’ve worked with! You work with other highly motivated and hard working people. Everyone wants to excel individually and as a team. -Consistent training makes it inevitable that your skills will improve! -Great role if you are competitive with yourself and take accountability as you determine your individual success and bonus.

Cons

-Turnover is high likely due to long hours interfering with work life balance. Can be avoided with time management and planning. -Might be challenging for someone who doesn’t have a strong work ethic or is not driven to excel.

Pros

The Connor Group is an amazing place to work. I just had my 4 year anniversary, yet I learn something new everyday. I have grown more personally and professionally in the last 4 years than I did with any other employer I have had.

Cons

Work life balance can be difficult if you do not plan your time correctly.
