There are none that I can think of.

Cons

-Training is terrible, disorganized -Culture is lacking/nonexistent -Turnover is so high literally the best performer has zero job security -expectations/goals are unclear and used against you -catty/backstabbing/cliquey/manipulative environment -pay residents to write google reviews to make the complex look better meanwhile its complete garbage -expect sales people to clean apartments/grounds/everything and hit sales numbers -sales process is a joke. So pushy and in your face and fake.

However, I must clarify that we absolutely do not pay employees to write positive reviews, nor do we pay residents to write positive Google reviews. We do regularly ask both associates and customers to provide honest feedback about their experience, whether it be positive or negative. NONE. They have a reputation in the leasing community as being one of THE WORST places to work. I watched 9 people get fired before they fired me for "performance" during a WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC. Make it make sense!

Cons

All of the positive reviews on here are from current employees that are being incentivized to write the reviews. This company is the definition of evil. Do not work for them! Everything that they promise in the hiring process is a lie to coerce you to leave a job that is guaranteed to be better than this dumpster fire of a company. They use a sales model to recruit employees and promise them a lucrative career in leasing while working their employees into the ground. They also practice some pretty invasive and unethical (imo) sales tactics on people who are vunerable and looking for a place to live. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Sorry to hear it didn't work out for you. We absolutely are a performance oriented company and like any successful company, if people are not performing, we try to develop and coach them as evidence by the over $3 million we spend annually in training. Unfortunately, if poor performance continues, we owe it to all are employees to make the right decision. I am confused by the Pandemic comment however, you state you watched 9 people before you get fired during a Pandemic? You also state you worked here less that 1 year but wrote this in 2024 when the Pandemic was in 2020? Maybe your dates are are also off?
