Pros

No sales experience required, uncapped commission, paid overtime, affordable health insurance with FSA, rewards wishlist, company outings, pet insurance, bring your dog to work, casual dress, ability to transfer.

Cons

Prepare to play politics! Office work (no work-from-home), high turnover rate for every position, benefits start after 60 days, no company culture, no HR, sales team often times asked to clean apartments, required to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Appreciate your feedback. We definitely have an owner mentality and from the top level down will do whatever we need to for our customers and associates, including cleaning apartments if necessary! An you are right, it is job you have to be present to accomplish. As far as politics go, the only thing that matters as far as promotions, etc.. is how you perform. That is one of my favorite things here, you can control you own destiny with you performance.

Pros

The Connor Group is a rapidly growing company. The skills you gain through sales training truly lend to your success. The bonus structure is uncapped. Your hard work truly does pay off as they believe heavily in rewards and recognition. If you are looking to grow with a company this is a great one to join

Cons

Somewhat dishonest recruitment process. Was told it would be a Monday to Friday job when in reality you get only on Saturday off a month. Still a decent work life balance as the office closes at a decent hour and you truly can leave your work at work.
