You are in constant evaluation, which to some can be incredibly difficult, but to The Connor group, it's what makes their systems work. We need people who are willing to go above and beyond to create a successful story. I throughly enjoy the people I work with as we are all striving for success and to create a name for ourselves. Living the circle of success if KEY to succeed.

Cons

The hours are incredibly long. It is very difficult to balance a personal life with work life - if you want to be successful, 9/10 times you will be staying later than expected to hit those goals. Great management will continue to do their best to work your schedule around and rotate nights so you are not always coming home late, but it can be exhausting.

Cons

If you are someone that can’t handle high expectations, constructive criticism, and constant performance evaluation…then you may have a difficult time. The Connor Group puts on a lot of pressure but pressure is what creates diamonds!!
