Pros

I love working here and left the restaurant business after 23 years. I have never felt more valued than I have here at The Connor Group. I always feel appreciated and rewarded. I have made the radar to become a partner after 2.5 years because of my hard work and dedication. I love our core values and the culture here. I have finally found a place that I enjoy coming to work.

Cons

The only downside is the stress I put on myself. I work typically 60-65 hours and I don't mind working a lot of hours but I do get exhausted from time to time.
