- Great support from management in my department - Fast-paced, and I have learned a lot - Friendly staff - Strong company culture - Reward and recognition program in place

Cons

- Long days (10 hours with a lunch break). This is fine, but as someone who values a work-life balance, it is sometimes a lot for me mentally. - You will be jumping right in. This is all a mindset, and if you come willing to work, you will be fine.

Pros

Great compensation, great employees, and great management that cares about the businesses' success. If you put in quality work, you have a chance at becoming a partner and owning stakes in the company. This would be a great job for someone in an established family or young professional starting out.

Cons

If you like to have quality time with your family, this is not be the place for you. With a 8am-6pm schedule workday at CSO, you may miss out on family and friends, plus it's hard to fit in a doctor's appointment without coming in late or leaving early--same goes for pharmacy visits or anything else only open 9-5. It's extremely exhausting, and I do wish that a hybrid schedule would be implemented or something along those lines. Just beware. If you live farther away, keep in mind that you'll be away from home 10-12 hours a day.
