      Leadership genuinely listens and cares. Everyone is aligned and working toward the shared mission of supporting the nonprofit side of the organization, which makes the work especially rewarding.

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times because the culture encourages being fully committed

      There is a consistent two-way commitment here. Upper management constantly invests time and effort to make sure I have the tools to succeed. They've committed to me as much as I've committed to them.

      If you are driven, disciplined, and want to work with the best of the best, this company is for you. It challenges you, but makes you an elite worker. You're surrounded by success here, which is very motivating. If you're motivated by rewards and recognition, this is the place to so. We don't feel like just a number here, Coming from no experience, the non-stop training, support, and direct feedback were extremely helpful in becoming successful here.

      This is a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where direct and honest feedback helps drive growth and success. For the right person, it’s an exciting challenge with rewarding opportunities. The schedule can be demanding at times, but the experience is equally rewarding.
