Pay is great

Business Outlook

Pros

Pay is great and the bonus opportunities are insane

Cons

There are alot of things I wish they did differently starting with the maintenace team. 90% of the issues come from hiring in experienced maintenance and turn techs, training them in a week or 2 and then when things actually go wrong they have no idea how to fix it. Which causes delay in service request, which then causes unhappy residents

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve found the pay and bonus structure rewarding. Your comments about maintenance staffing and training are important, and we understand how critical that team is to customer service. We’re always looking for ways to improve both the associate and resident experience, and your perspective helps inform that ongoing work.

Pros

The Connor Group has been recognized for its exceptional company culture, ranking 21st nationwide for company culture and being the only Ohio-based company to win an award in the small to mid-size business category.

Cons

Some employees report long hours and high expectations, which may not be suitable for everyone. The company's culture emphasizes accountability and performance, which can lead to stress for those who prefer a more balanced work-life dynamic. Indeed +1
