Pros

What you put in is what you'll get out. I love that I am responsible for my success and growth! It's not easy, but that's honestly what makes your accomplishments feel even better. I have the most supportive leadership, you will be pushed harder than you've ever been pushed but it is so worth it.

Cons

No cons for the right people. You have to put in the time and effort, be receptive to direct feedback, and buy in to the culture and systems/processes. The high-accountability and performance driven culture is not for everyone.

Pros

Rewards and recognition is good when you get it.

Cons

Constant turnover and leadership could care less. They actively seek out people in retail and food service who want to get better hours and work/life balance, only to get rid of them. Turnover is a constant problem, but the fact that there are so many people trying to get out of those industries gives them a constant influx of applicants.

Pros

High Accountability, extensive hands on training, clear expectations with consistent feedback, unmatched benefits, and a unique reward and recognition program - including a national awards breakfast and dinner that the entire company attends.

Cons

Long hours until you are knowledgeable and establish your footing in the systems (even then, it will call for some days to be long. If you’re not self accountable and/or willing to do what it takes to both get the job done right and done at the expectation that is set, you will never be a good fit.
