If you are a self starter and motivated then this is the place for you! If you are always striving for more, this is the place for you! Type A personalities and driven individuals are the name of the game. You will put in the work, but the rewards are GREAT!!!

Cons

While the work/life balance has gotten MUCH better over the years, there are still times where you will need to put in extra time. It's not an 8-5 job and that is tough if you have a family.
