Great way to learn quickly

Cons

They are not open to change and fail to listen to their staff. High turn over rate of providers including midlevels. Worked from home to finish documentation from the clinic due to lack of well trained medical assistants. RVU incentive bonus great for some specialities but almost impossible for others
