Pros

Very PA positive, good training model for new grads and new employees. Great work environment. Good PTO and bonus structure.

Cons

Call schedule is decided by a lead PA and often based on senority and bias. Hopefully salary has increased since I’ve been there.

Great Doctors very friendly. Genuine

Cons

Poor training . Push to quick to learn different areas of the job. Trainer needs to be more patient . They tell you not to be on your phones , yet the other staff can be on Facebook and watch movies , your bathroom breaks are timed .
