Pros

Nothing good to say at all.

Cons

Management is all towards favoritism. No matter how hard you work it doesn’t matter they will allow the ones they like to breeze through. Make sure you don’t have kids or a life because that is a huge inconvenience. Also management lacks respect for their employees

It was okay

Pros

Great training, nice people, free lunch on the first day of training

Cons

To be honest, I quit after two days. I did not know it was a call center position. I thought I would be in a medical office. I was looking for a position geared for more social interaction and face-to-face with patients. You sit in a little cubicle and constantly answering phone calls to schedule a patient’s appt. It just wasn’t what I was looking for! It seems like a great company when it comes to gaining experience in the healthcare setting.
