Pros

Good providers to work with as well as clinic staff. You will never be bored or have a slow day.

Cons

Understaffed, high turnover, no work life balance, metric/money driven, feels like you have no support and patient care suffers due to all of the above regardless of how much you try. Your work will pile up and not be taken care of while you are off. It's pintless to speak of your concerns. Raises are very small and pay is not completive.
