Pros

- Friendly, laid-back coworkers - Nice facilities - Variety of patient diagnoses (surgery and chronic pain )

Cons

- Scheduling staff have no PT experience - Because of the above, expect to be doubled and tripled a lot… and schedulers don’t care to fix this process - Also because of the above, it seems like schedulers just accept the day/time a patient requests, without question or offering them alternatives - You feel on the hook to keep patients longer than they need to be there, all to bill more units
