Hard to articulate any pro's for this company

Cons

Nepotism at its finest! CORE leadership only hires or promotes friends. Impossible to work here if you are not one of the favored by the bully in charge. Promotional rewards for gossipers and tattling is the only way to succeed in this company.

Pros

Workers are nice. Not much else.

Cons

Management doesn't really care about their people and treats them badly. You get "beaten up" in meetings and in front of people. Nobody looks out for their workers in front of the CEO. Bad decisions and even worse benefits. No work life balance - they act like they "own" you. Very high employee turnover.
