Clinic leadership is very bias the seem to being on people from their previous offices and it causes conflict among colleagues.

coworkers are nice and salary is competitive

Cons

Management is a joke. Quit giving free shirts, lunch bags, pens and icecream. Award with a raise. Quit relying on those that do the most to cover load for the lazy or inept. Also they took away payout of pto when you leave. Is that even legal?
