Immediate supervisors were very engaged, open to ideas and assisting employees to succeed. Very well organized, capable and informed.

Cons

Pay was a little on the low side, from other similar positions I have held.

Pros

None what so ever. A very difficult work environment. Staff are angst ridden.

Cons

Management is a joke. Staff are bullied by their bosses and micromanaged. Management is expected to perform fraudulent tasks. Staff are anxiety ridden due to constant write ups and terminations. High turn over. Physicians physically and emotionally abuse staff. Worst place I've ever worked.
