The medical assistants are phenomenal. So helpful to nurses and surgeons!

The leadership in research is abysmal, unprofessional and discriminatory.

Pros

Huge company, great benefits, room to move up if you have the right person rooting for you. Most of the doctors are nice.

Cons

This company grew too big too fast. They treat VP's and directors much different then lower level employees. Management can be snakes and clicky. Definitely favoritism goes on in the company! They are very cheap when it comes to pay and will shove way work on 1 person for pennies.
