Pros

There are barely any pros to list. It all boils down to who you report to.

Cons

Terrible leadership. New COO is awful and lacks the leadership skills that it takes to run a company successfully. Executives only care about themselves. It takes years to get promotions. If you ever want to be in an Executive or leadership role prepare you sign your life away to this company and be there for 30 years of your life. Glad I left. Best decision I ever made.

Pros

Great place to work and increase your skills. Management is hands on but does not micromanage. Beautiful office space to work in, nice environment, fresh flower on every desk each week.

Cons

Management does not proactively look to promote their employees. If you want to get promoted then you must make it known. You must be vocal on specifically how your accomplishments improve the business to management through out the year so that during review time you will get correctly compensated, if you are the quiet type you can easily get left behind and feel undervalued.
