Pros

GREAT people, lots of direction, empathetic HR. Genuinely one of the easiest work forces to deal with. I’ve loved interacting with everyone I’ve met at the company.

Cons

Pay is abysmal. Huge work load for management with little to no raise opportunities.

Pros

Fun people and nice people to work with and talk to, and pretty simple system to communicate time off. Pretty simple as like a summer job or first entry job.

Cons

You were basically being micromanaged all day which their "values" and "Culture" feels extremely like a cult which is more of a corporate thing i understand. Above that, management while nice is super unstructured or even unhelpful at time, sometimes leaving the responsibilities on you, even if it's way outside of your pay grade. And with scheduling it's either a huge cut to your hours, or too much to the point where you are overworked which could seriously affect your mental health.

Pros

Passable DEI / inclusion but not great. Will hire with little experience which is rare nowadays.

Cons

Appalling $13.50 pay in a pricy city. If you have any expenses you'll be a regular at your local food bank. TEG acts like they have the best culture, but in all reality they expect everyone to be a ready-to-go unicorn. Mess up and you will get constant feedback, no advancement and cut shifts. Scheduling runs lean regardless of how many people work at your location, meaning one call out leads to a crisis. You constantly have to ask to go to the bathroom like it's grade school and your managers will ask you if it's an emergency or not. It's invasive and messed up.
