Good if you want High School in your workplace/ Bad for Professionals
Pros
Simple tasks. "Positive" Workplace. Somewhat willing to be flexible for availability.
Cons
**Good luck if you have a passing in your family** Management rejected to help on 3 different occasions when employees' family members passed. Even wrote one up when they failed to make it to shift, regardless of being notified almost 2 weeks prior about family passing. Management only cares about making money. Any and all tips are required to go to company. Little to no breaks. Orlando management hasn't changed since store opened. Assistant manager gets paid slightly more than leads. If the store has a great quarter, only the manager receives a bonus. Its most common for new employees to become a lead in a short time. Those who fail to grow fast are only trained on new game if staffing is low. Common for employees to leave after 3 months. Company only seeks to employ "odd balls", college students, and freshly graduated college students. As an assistant manager, if you are not willing to relocate and open a new location, this position will not fulfill you. Little to no opportunity for work/ life balance. Never received my hiring bonus despite speaking to management.
