They move you around at will and really without asking if you want to go to another store. I was moved to a store that was over 50 minutes from my house which I would have never accepted and once I was in that I store for only 5 day and I got a text message at 7am saying I had to report to another store for a week. Which they never paid me for the deals I spun that week. The communication is horrible and the management in the "hub area" doesn't care about a work life balance. The morning meetings are so unmotivating and lack direction. In the finance department they use the third party Ethos group and if you don't fit the ethos mold good luck its there way or no way. The issue with ethos they only focus on payment and think everything comes back to payment. If you are an experienced finance/business manager stay far away. There pay plan is horrible its off the department performance not how well you do. The pay plan doesn't offer spiffs they say its part of your bonus if you hit certain per copy.
