The employees are very nice, helpful, and kind. The atmosphere is usually quiet.

Cons

Management told me I would be doing something different than I was actually doing. They also told me when hired I'd be salary, but I was hourly when I got my paycheck.

- Lack of communication from management creates turnover and frustration; be proactive in contacting your manager with questions, as you will probably not get notification of important changes or concerns within the company. - Financial upward mobility is slow - Lack of management communication to employees increases gossip among coworkers, which is difficult to avoid hearing/falling into
