Shoddy communication!!!! I resigned from not one but two jobs to work here with the expectation to break even or to exceed my last job's salary. I was thrown into a position (floor sales) that the management team thought that I would be great at based on "how well I interviewed" not based on experience. They were fully aware that I had no experience and would need extensive training! I worked in that position for 1 month before they figured that I wasn't fit for it! As a result I was placed in the Business Development Center," for additional training' where I originally applied in which I was quoted a totally different salary than when I had initially interviewed! I raised my concerns to management about the pay stating that I would not be able to feed my family and that this salary was significantly less than what I was told. As a result, I was terminated about 3 weeks later being told that "we want you to be able to feed your family" Totally contradictory to firing someone!
