Pros

Big company, friendly management and employees. Could easily stay with company for years. That's about it for and I don't know about the rest of the Faulkner stores

Cons

Double standards,small cramped lot. Male employees are not permitted to park on the lot and have to walk across 611 with no cross walk closest to where employees are told to park.

I thoroughly enjoyed my position with the Faulkner Auto Group. The family is very positive and willing to help the employees they see futures with grow.

Cons

Some of the stores can be unorganized and typical in the automotive field some managers are lazy.
