Good pay. Lots of training. Management cares about the finance office. There is room to advance into other positions within the organization.

Cons

long hours 14+ hour days sometimes. You work every Saturday. It's a sales job so it come with all the pressures of sales.

Decent pay, decent hours, decent benefits, all the basics you could find from pretty much any employer. That's about it.

Cons

Lack of teamwork. If you aren't part of the inner circle, prepare to be shunned and/or treated like a pariah even if you do your job well. Favoritism abounds, which is a sign of weak or immature management skills.
