Decent pay, decent hours, decent benefits, all the basics you could find from pretty much any employer. That's about it.

Cons

Lack of teamwork. If you aren't part of the inner circle, prepare to be shunned and/or treated like a pariah even if you do your job well. Favoritism abounds, which is a sign of weak or immature management skills.

average pay, great benefits, family atmosphere, updated facilities, there are a lot of long time employees that make it easier to work there.

Cons

Very demanding work schedule, about 60 hours per week. Pay is just "average", the most vacation time you can get is 3 weeks, a lot of long time employees, some make it hard to work there.

The pay can be good depending on the position.

Dishonest, does not train new employees, constant dissatisfied work environment gossip on the job with employees and management. Management will hire you on and tell you one thing and then will expect something else from you. Very unprofessional environment and they do not value their employees. Customer's quality of work is below average. Would never bring my car there to be repaired. Had I read the reviews on here first I would have never went to work for them. I have always been a excellent employee for the companies I have worked for with great reviews and would work for any of the companies I have in the past and would be rehired from any one of them.The reviews of Faulkner on here are dead on! Think twice when considering working for this company.
