It's a job, which is better than being unemployed. You get paid something that might just pay your bills.

Cons

Mass disorganization, unethical/questionable management, extremely low pay considering the industry, there is a revolving door when it comes to staff and most quit because of management/mis-management. So much busy work and tedium that one can't be effective in their postion. It's no wonder several long-term employees quit after new management came in. And new management can't keep staff

Pros

Store moves good volume, so there is real opportunity to make big commissions. The owners (The Faulkner Family) seem to genuinely care about employees.

Cons

The sales management doesn't care the least bit about employees. They refer to sales people as "Sacrificial Lambs", Be prepared to work lots of extra hours with no extra pay.
