They have hired some great people, however they do nothing to keep them.

Cons

You have to fight for raises and you will only receive the bare minimum. They do not value their employees and the CEO micromanages every single aspect of people jobs when she doesn't know what most of the people do who work for her. They do not care when GOOD employees leave.
