Not an Ideal Company for Engineers

Dynamic work, plenty of travel, solid benefits, and solid pay.
Cons
Poor management on the maritime engineering side. Poor enough for the supervisor to be let go. Poor communication across the board. They will tell you just enough information to get you interested in a travel trip, then sort of trap you. They don't book return flights until you are already on travel. They will surprise you with additional days or an entire different trip without any heads up or notification. The definition of being thrown into the fire is working here. You will be sent on trips without a complete understanding of what your goal is, because they are not clear with you about why you are going on said trip. They will tell you what you want to hear and once you agree to go on the trip, you find out the actual details.
