- work/life balance - female leadership - decent benefits - good pay - room for growth/advancement - mentorship - independence - support for continuing education - telework opportunities

Cons

- there can be a disconnect between corporate and site employees, so you must be proactive in involving corporate managers, as needed (this can still be a “pro” as there is very little micromanagement)

Pros

Employees work really hard and care about supporting the greater good.

Cons

Not much opportunity to move upwards or even across in the organization, pay is low for the area. Work groups are siloed and exposure to what various support teams are working on is minimal.

Pros

If you can grasp the concept of the work you're doing pretty quickly, you will succeed and the work will be rewarding. Their mission is pretty unique and always fosters communication with people curious about the field. Offers great benefits, PTO, and usually good work life balance.

Cons

It's sink or swim--either you get it or you don't. Most people tend to last only a year before quitting because the environment gets toxic the longer you're there. You get overworked and do not get compensated enough to make it worth it.
