Pros

You will be working everyday

Cons

- you are being recorded the entire duration of your shift in every room except the bathroom. This can and will be used against you. - If you don’t make sales your character will come under fire. I was suggested to change my personality, get Botox, flirt more with the customers and lie to get sales. - not everyone will benefit from the supports but you are expected to sell to everyone. - when a customer tries to return the product (which they can’t do) because they are getting hurt from the product you will be belittled for not doing a good enough job selling the product. - you will be required to take the same trainings multiple times (sometimes per week, sometimes per month) no matter what. - you will be asked to perform duties that you were not hired to do and you will not be compensated for them. You will take most of the managers duties because the managers are “too busy”. - If something happened to the structural integrity of the building they will not replace anything. If a pipe bursts they will not replace rugs/ furniture causing mold to grow and the staff to be sick 24/7 - if you’re hired and promised to be trained to be a manager in a new store that store will never be opened and they will hire outside the company before they promote from another store

Pros

Great place to level up your sales skills. Bi-weekly pay and bonuses on the 15th of the month.

Cons

It's not the company it was a few months ago. Their paradigm shifted since they did a bad acquisition of their Alabama locations. The local managers can run the store like kingdoms and upper management will turn a blind eye so long as the numbers look good (even if that manager falsifies their metrics). I reported my immediate supervisor for bullying a subordinate, and I was fired a week later. Good place if you want to make some quick cash, can deal with unfair circumstances, can keep your head down and don't listen to your morals. But their pillar of "radical integrity" are just words on the way.

Pros

The pay is very competitive when there is volume in foot traffic. The amount of information you learn in-regards to sales is great.

Cons

Management is extremely inconsistent when it comes to policy and fair treatment across the board. There’s lots of finger pointing when something goes wrong. When it comes to stating your opinion—you have to be fearful of retaliation. Lastly— there’s a lot of talking about each other behind one’s back especially with upper management: the lack of an open door policy is horrific. And this particular location is ran like a dictatorship.
