Pay is ok Great learning of business

Cons

Low hourly rate, micromanaging, queued values. Very Cult like atmosphere, again this is specifically The cotton franchise / Easy Step Enterprises. Favoritism is at an all time high. Before I left the company we had a team meeting where Jonathan cotton forced an African American employee into a Slave monument in Richmond Virginia. Henry box brown I believe it was & that was the last straw for me as well as many others . Very racist company … look other places if your of African American descent. They cover it up with endorsements with multiple black athletes but they don’t know what goes on inside the franchise

Pros

COO doesn’t know how to speak to people. Company culture has declined over the years. Job is fun, but all the babysitting from corporate becomes agitating. Product actually works, but company gets in its own way.

Cons

Stressful. Mystery shopped every month and you get nit picked on a lot of things. Under constant camera surveillance - they literally pay people to watch the cameras and catch you. Very low morale and hard to respect the hypocritical corporate workers. May be ok if you work for a franchise

salary is great and above ave to start, which should have been the first red flag.

Cons

Forced to sale to clients who don't even need the products, and if you don't then your job is in jeopardy. Store does not provide customers with a clear return policy but will refuse refunds.
