Pros

Good hours 10-6 month through Saturday

Cons

The commission structure changes every quarterly, making it more and more difficult to achieve any sort meaningful or substantial pay. This is not a job that you can afford to live on. The commission structure is designed to keep you from getting paid. Many of the 80 plus employees in my franchise would go months without receiving commissioning. The turnover rate is the highest of any company I've ever worked for. I gave it my best effort was never written up but the pay is abysmal. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking for an actual job

Pros

Respectful Company Great Work Life Balance Growth potential They care enough to make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed. My training was prioritized unlike other companies I have experienced. I feel like I am valued and the desire is to create a long term relationship.

Cons

Well, it is still retail which means weekend hours. However, they are short Sundays and you’re out by 5 on Saturday so still not a “con”

Pros

There are no pros working here

Cons

There are no benefits, training is minimal and Lisa will fire you for no reason without any notice. They only keep a staff of 3 or 4 people (usually 3) between 2 different stores so that means no time off and hopefully you don't get sick because there is no one to cover for you. I was there about 6 months and she went through at least 15 different people. I was told to let someone go 4 days before Thanksgiving even though they were a good employee and was selling very good then a month later 1 week before Christmas she let me go (well she didn't, she always has someone else do it) but she literally doesn't care about her employees, she's all over the place and honestly shouldn't be making any decisions regarding her business. She got lucky that her brother owns a bunch of stores and decided to give her some but she will run them out of business because she doesn't know how to run a business or how to keep good people.
