Pros

You can make good money if you can make sales

Cons

The company basically pushes people out the door. You could be the best sales person in the company and they will still tell you aren't doing a good enough job.

Pros

I can honestly say there was absolutely no pros to list. I am keeping my review honest and without emotion. Stating the facts only.

Cons

Shady practices. Incompetent leadership. Inconsistent pay grades and bonus structure. No work life balance, 1 week vacation. High employee turnover - unwarranted terminations within 90 days. No HR Department so benefits and work issues are never addressed. Hostile work environment.

Pros

The commission benefits are not bad.

Cons

*This review is specifically for the Cotton-Owned franchises encapsulating VA, MD, NC, OH and DC* This company actively sells you an idealized version of itself and its morals, advocating for employee-first rights and care for their customers. This is false, as with any company, sales at the extent of all else is their bottom line. -Favoritism and nepotism are rampant throughout management. -They repeatedly make false promises while stunting employees' professional growth, despite still expecting blind obedience. -Higher management will actively talk negatively about their employees. -Complete lack of work-life balance. -Expect even base-level employees to take on more of a workload than their job description without proper compensation or even acknowledgment. -Casual comments of racism and sexism are not unusual. -Improperly handled sexual harassment cases. -The Saturday lunches they promise are not guaranteed. -Objective outside family and friends have referred to the company as a "cult".
