-Long retail hours -No set schedules, weekends mandatory -you accumulate PTO but boss tells you when you can use it. - Do not promote from within -make you pay for their products and uniforms in which you wait on - no bonus or sales incentives

Fun work environment, meet interesting people everyday, help people become pain free, make good money if you’re single

Cons

Getting home after 7pm pretty regularly, possibility of getting de-commissioned, extremely expensive health care options if you have dependents. Coworkers can be sharks and steal deals . Will work 90% of weekends- more time away from family
