Heavy summer crowd. Tons of staff.

Cons

Managers base shifts off favoritism through fraternizing. No systems. Over staffs in off season with split tips.. no money.

You can see the water and meet cool people once in a while

Cons

No raises, management will treat you like dirt, that is if they haven't already quit yet. Because of the bosses and management almost everyone left. Several people have left over the years from sexual harassment.
