      Pros

      I have worked here over three years and these are the only “pro’s” I have experienced: -Good people -Good work life balance -Good benefits

      Cons

      -Terrible systems -Cut backs in the technology department mean you can be on hold for hours just for simple computer problems like password issues. Or you have the option to leave a message and someone will call you back in three business days. -If you work in a field office and don’t want to go into underwriting or claims there are no opportunities for growth or advancement. -The culture of my office is weird. There’s no interpersonal interaction. The corporate office may be different though.

      Pros

      Amazing benefit package, open-minded from an industry perspective, growth opportunities and strong candor of senior-level leadership. Stable and consistent workplace. Great campus

      Cons

      Not a startup or high growth company. This acts as both a shield and a sword. No kegs in the office or similar perks, but that was not what I was looking for personally. The location outside of Boston may deter some candidates.
